How to increase the output of grain dryers?

It is necessary to control the working frequency of the lifting device to control the drying speed of the material to be dried. 2. In order for the grain dryer to be efficient, the particle size of the feed must be guaranteed. If the particle size of the material does not meet the standard, it will increase the difficulty of drying during drying. Before feeding, the particle size should be reduced as much as possible within the particle size range, and the particle size should be uniform.

3. Before entering the grain dryer, strict water control must be carried out. The water that could have been filtered out cannot enter the grain dryer, which wastes heat in vain. 4. Increase the flue gas temperature and convection speed, but the flue gas temperature must be operated within the range. The material or grain dryer cannot be damaged because of the pursuit of drying results.
