On February 17, the launch meeting of the Henan Province Key R&D Plan "Research and Development of Multimodal Equipment for Grain Logistics" project, led by the UGOOD GROUP Warehousing and Logistics Division, was held in Zhengzhou. Gao Zhiqiang, the general manager of the project undertaking unit UGOOD GROUP, and Wang Jun, director of the Henan Rural Technology Development Center, delivered speeches respectively.

In his welcome speech, Gao Zhiqiang said that he would fulfill the responsibilities of the project undertaking unit and do a good job in various guarantee work to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Strengthen the main responsibility, go hand in hand, and solidly promote the research and development of key scientific research projects to accelerate the pace of high-quality development of the grain industry. In his speech, Director Wang Jun further put forward clear requirements in project management, to improve the project implementation plan and technical route, to speed up the supervision of research progress, and to promote high-quality project implementation; in terms of project responsibility, it is necessary to emphasize that the project leader and the subject leader must thoroughly implement the "Four Performance Questions" in the research work, strengthen the cultivation of landmark major innovative achievements, and ensure that the project implementation achieves breakthrough results.

The meeting reported on the implementation plan of the project and the subject, including the overall goals and assessment indicators of the project, the main research content, the decomposition of indicators and the division of tasks, the technical route and research methods, the work plan and time arrangement, the budget and source of funds, the analysis of expected results and organizational guarantee measures, and the implementation and development of basic work. The expert group affirmed the project implementation plan and research progress, and put forward constructive opinions on the implementation of integrated project management, the connection between subjects, and the condensation of expected major results.

The convening of this meeting marks the entry of the project into the full implementation stage, laying a good foundation for the subsequent implementation of the project, and ensuring the standardized management and smooth progress of the "Research and Development of Multimodal Transport Equipment for Food Logistics" project of the Henan Provincial Key R&D Plan. More than 60 people from the project management unit, the recommending unit, consulting experts, technical experts and project team members attended the meeting.
