Precleaning:

After harvesting, the raw wheat will be mixed with some large impurities such as straw, rope ends, bricks, and mud. Such large impurities will damage the processing equipment or block pipelines. Therefore, we do a preliminary cleaning of these impurities before the wheat goes into storage.

Cleaning:

The impurities contained in the preliminarily cleaned wheat need to be further removed from temporary storage before entering the milling process to ensure the quality of the flour and the life of the processing equipment. This section always adopts screening, winnowing, magnetic selection, stone removal, wheat threshing, color sorting and other methods.

Flour milling:

The purpose of flour milling is to process the wheat that has been cleaned and conditioned by moisture into wheat flour suitable for different needs through mechanical action, and to separate by-products at the same time, including grinding, impact, powder cleaning and sieving. The key to grain flour milling lies in the mill. After conditioning, the grains have achieved ideal grinding characteristics. Through our mills, the various parts of the grain particles can be well separated under the premise of ensuring quality. Our flour milling technology can be widely used in a variety of grains.
