Precleaning:

After harvesting, the raw wheat will be mixed with some large impurities such as straw, rope ends, bricks, and mud. Such large impurities will damage the processing equipment or block pipelines. Therefore, we do a preliminary cleaning of these impurities before the wheat goes into storage.


Cleaning:

The impurities contained in the preliminarily cleaned wheat need to be further removed from temporary storage before entering the milling process to ensure the quality of the flour and the life of the processing equipment. This section always adopts screening, winnowing, magnetic selection, stone removal, wheat threshing, color sorting and other methods.

Flour milling:
