Based on the advantages of independent research and development and the introduction of foreign advanced grain dryers, our company has developed the UGX low-temperature mixed-flow batch circulation grain dryer (fourth-generation grain dryer) series of products in combination with the characteristics of grain in different regions. Our company's fourth-generation grain dryer adopts PLC fully automatic intelligent control and is equipped with a biomass hot air furnace. It has the advantages of low power, low heat consumption, fast precipitation, and low breakage rate. It adopts low temperature, constant temperature, and full coverage drying. The clean hot air of the heat exchanger in the hot air furnace is fully covered and dried in multiple directions to ensure the quality of grain, no secondary pollution, and stable performance.
Make the dried grain consistent inside and outside, with excellent quality, avoid the phenomenon of sticky grain, burnt grain, etc., no discoloration, and no odor. It is convenient for long-term storage of grain, and the moisture return rate is reduced by more than 90% compared with high-temperature dryers.
The fourth-generation grain dryer adopts new processes, new technologies, and new materials (increasing the thickness and precision of stainless steel plates) to better ensure the quality of the dryer, thereby extending the service life of the dryer and greatly reducing the user's cost of use.
