3. The process flow of the dryer is as follows:

The co-current and countercurrent grain dryer is a grain drying tower that adopts the combined process of "co-current and countercurrent" and implements "segmented variable temperature drying" according to the heating temperature of the grain. A slow revival section is designed between each drying section, and "drying-slow revival" is carried out alternately.
The drying section at the top uses a higher hot air temperature to quickly heat up the grain and take away some of the surface moisture; the middle drying section uses a medium hot air temperature to remove a large amount of moisture; after the above drying sections, the grain grain temperature has risen, so the bottom drying section uses a lower temperature to remove the moisture with strong adsorption force inside the grain grain, and avoid the grain temperature rising too high; after sufficient cooling in the cold section, the moisture and temperature of the machine can be directly stored in the warehouse.
