The UGT-16L soybean thresher is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T9778-2018 Technical Conditions for Full Feed Thresher and complies with the standard of GB/T5982--2005 Thresher Test Method.

The machine is mainly composed of a feeding table, a frame, a concave plate screen, a threshing drum, a machine cover, a guide plate, a fan, a vibrating screen and a transmission device. When the diesel engine is started, the drum, fan, guide wheel and vibrating screen are rotated by the V-belt drive. After five minutes, the rated speed can be reached before it can be put into use.

This machine uses a nail-toothed drum for threshing, which can achieve the effects of dry and wet threshing, low breakage rate and high degreasing rate. The feeding inlet and grass discharge port are set at both ends of the drum, which increases the threshing stroke and increases the effective separation area of the concave plate screen. It can be threshed out once and does not need to be threshed again.

The air separation fan sucks the middle leaves and chaff of the mixture separated from the concave plate sieve into the fan through the suction port, and discharges them in the appropriate position through the steering elbow; the remaining mixed materials are then screened through a reciprocating vibrating screen. After the soybean grains fall into the sliding plate at the bottom of the vibrating screen, they flow out from the grain outlet and are bagged manually.
