Recently, with the central control room issuing the warehousing command, the dock gantry crane unloading the grain, the rear conveyor belt starting up, and the first batch of grain smoothly entering the warehouse, the Hebei Lugang Industrial Park Grain Storage and Logistics Distribution Center project, undertaken by UGOOD Group, successfully commenced heavy-load equipment commissioning and silo-holding operations. This signifies that the project has acquired core functions such as grain receiving, storage, and transportation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent formal production and operation.

The construction includes steel silos, flat grain warehouses, and corresponding transportation and loading/unloading equipment, as well as various auxiliary production facilities.

Located within a port-type national core grain logistics hub, the project is an important part of UGOOD Group's efforts to actively implement the national food security strategy, consolidate its grain logistics support service system, and serve the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Upon formal operation, it will have a storage capacity of approximately 205,000 tons and a bulk grain transportation capacity of 1,000 tons/hour, driving a grain transshipment volume of over 2 million tons.
During the heavy-load commissioning and silo-pressurization phases of the equipment, UGOOD Group's technical personnel remained on-site throughout the process. They conducted comprehensive tests on the steel silo settling, grain conveying equipment, metering equipment, production operation systems, and information systems, promptly identifying and resolving various issues that arose during commissioning. This ensured that the equipment met design operating standards and provided strong support for the efficient operation of subsequent grain storage and transshipment.
